We uplift members in our community who may be less fortunate by fulfilling drop offs to various locations and organizing bake sales for various charities.  Since we started, we have successfully donated desserts to the Women’s Center and Shelter of Pittsburgh, as well as Hearth Transitional Housing, both of which help support and protect victims of domestic violence.  Our volunteers have made cupcakes for multiple parties to help the Beverly’s Birthday organization, which enables kids who aren’t as privileged to celebrate their birthdays.  We provided desserts for various Hello Neighbor events, a charity made to help refugees now living in Pittsburgh.    We facilitated multiple bake sales, the latest of which benefitted Backpack for Hunger and the Positive Painting Project.  On several occasions, our volunteers have baked food at Family House for family members with hospitalized loved ones. We rely on our small, but passionate, team of volunteer bakers to allow us to execute these drop offs, and are always looking to increase our volunteers to ensure the stability and ability of our organization to continue its mission.
